Community Service Award

Please submit up to three photos showing your personal participation in community service activities completed within the past year. The photos may represent any three activities included on your community service list.

Submit a list or spreadsheet of all community service activities you participated in during the past year. For each activity, include the date, organization or cause supported, and what you helped with.

Photogenic

Photogenic - Submit up to 5 photos that showcase your modeling talent. Include at least 1 headshot and 1 full body shot

Fitness/Swimwear

Submit a 30–90 second video showing your walking/modeling routine. Delegates under 18 must wear fitness attire. Delegates 18 and older may choose fitness or swimwear. Showcase your confidence, personality, and presentation.

Public Speaking

Public Speaking - Submit a 2.5 - 3 minute speech in video form. It should be about your platform, a life experience or motivational speech. It should moving and make an impact on your audience.

Talent

Talent - submit a 2-3 minute video of your talent; sing, dance, play an instrument, share a monologue, or anything of your choice.
